Every child deserves a summer full of joy, nourishment, and care—and we’re here to deliver just that (literally!). Whether you join us at one of our fun-filled sites or get meals dropped off at your doorstep, your family is in for a season of goodness.

We’re excited to introduce FREE home-cooked meal deliveries—made with love and delivered fresh for your kids to enjoy all summer long.

🏠 How Home Delivery Works:

• Available 7 days a week

• Breakfast & Lunch included

• Delivered between 8 AM – 2 PM

• Meals come cold or frozen with easy-to-follow, kid-friendly prep instructions.

📦 Delivery Schedule

We’ll tailor deliveries based on your family size:

Delivery Frequency Based on Household Size

• 1–2 children: Bi-weekly deliveries

• 3–4 children: Tri-weekly deliveries

• 5–6 children: 4 deliveries per week

• 7+ children: Daily deliveries

✅ What You Need to Know:

• 🧾 Orders must be placed every Friday by 12 PM

• Missed the deadline? You’ve got until Monday at 10 AM

  • Meals will start back on the next available delivery date.​

• Max of 2 meals or 1 meal + 1 snack per child, per day

• 📅 Each order covers Monday through Sunday

• Parent signed consent is required

 

🚨 If deliveries are missed or unacknowledged 3 times in a row, we’ll issue:

• A verbal warning

• A written warning

• 1-week probation

• Program suspension if it continues

👶 What About Infants & Toddlers?

We’ve got them covered too!

• Choose from formula & cereal options

• Baby food provided for transitioning toddlers

• Meals require adult or teen (13+) to prep for infants and toddlers

• Parent signed consent is required

🌎 Who Can Join the Delivery Program?

Children ages 0–18
To qualify, you must:

• Live in a designated rural area listed below, or

• Be in the school attendance zone of an eligible school listed below

• Or provide proof that your child receives free or reduced-price school meals

📄 Accepted Proof of Free or Reduced-Price Meals:

• List the eligibility number for any household members (including adults) receiving SNAP or TANF or FDPIR benefits

  • The SNAP or TANF number must be the 8 or 9 digit EDG# assigned by HHSC​

• Provide Income

  • Income must fall between the 2025 Income Eligibility Guidelines for Determining Free and Reduced-Price Benefits ​until June 30, 202

  • Income must fall between the 2026 Income Eligibility Guidelines for Determining Free and Reduced Price Benefits starting July 1, 2025

If your household falls into the paid category, you won’t be eligible for free home deliveries, but you’re still welcome to stop by any of our Free Meal locations listed below to enjoy a meal!

• School emails or official letters

• Student IDs or report cards

• Birth certificates

• Attendance screenshots from parent portal

• Child care facility IDs

• In bad weather, meals will be delivered or moved indoors
